And if you need a little more support, alternating with the regular GoL brand will cover you for extended periods (6 months to a year, at least). It really works for all gut issues but it is too expensive. Will try another brand to check if it works like this one.

These really work but if your diet sucks, you will have bloating and discomfort. I say you should plan accordingly because these will give you slight gut pains and you’ll need to use the bathroom 3-5x the next day. I usually take 1 capsule before bedtime with a big honking glass of water. This will pull your gut back to regular movements. I would imagine you should not take these regularly - Only to correct a bad diet or when back from traveling.
