Delicious, Refreshing, & Hydrating
I am not a fan of sports drinks. I’ve tried many, and they are always too sweet, barely contain any electrolytes, and/or contain artificial colours, flavours, and sweeteners. However, Vitalyte is a game changer! Even after a long, hot run, it is refreshing and not too sweet. This is the only sports drink that is actually refreshing, and it really makes a difference in how your muscles feel. For example - I pulled my Achilles a few days ago, and was having problems with it twitching and cramping. After a glass of Vitalyte, the twitching has finally stopped! I got the orange flavour, and it is wonderful. It mixes very easily into room temperature water, using just a spoon, so there’s no need to use a blender bottle or anything. Also, the price is wonderful. $23 for 40 servings is hard to beat! I could not recommend Vitalyte more highly!

Best of them all
I have been utilizing this product since the mid 1970’s when it was called Googinaid. For strict hydration this is the very best product on the market. Bill made this to specifically help runners. It has the exact levels of electrolytes and an isotonic solution to allow immediate absorption. I have saved yes saved people from going to the hospital for heat exhaustion by giving them this product. Those of us who know and use this product tend to keep it a secret because of what it does to your body during competition. So why doesn’t he sell it in liquid form? Because as a biochemist he knows that once you activate those elements they will start to degrade and be less effective, it won’t in its inert state.

Nice orange flavor. Good product, but too pricey.

Clumpy!
I’ve ordered this in the past and it’s been great. This time the first bag I opened was very clumpy like it got wet inside. Had to sift it. Hoping the second bag is better once I get to it.

This is normally a great product.
I have ordered this product for almost 5 years without any problems. This most recent delivery was awful tasting and I suspect it is old. I am trying to speak with Amazon regarding returning it but have not been succcessful.
