Is this product vegan?

I don't know, but it contains a petroleum product, PETROLATUM... related to motor oil, another petroleum product. 😮 One of the worst things I can think of for acne-prone skin. I just can't bring myself to put it on my face- blocking in the oils my skin already produces seems counterintuitive to me.

can you use this product for rashes?

Yes! I used it for a horrible rash I got. Most of the marks are gone. I love it I use it every day.
