I researched and bought this brand for the grade of B12 that it was. My B12 is on the low end and I wanted something that would actually work. Super easy to take, I let it dissolve under my tongue while im getting ready for work. It also doesn’t have a strong flavor so that makes it easier. Havent seen a big difference yet as I havent taken it long enough to get my levels up, but it seems to be a great product.

i just started 3 days ago i feel like its been working so far too early too tell just started my daily walkathon walks once i started taking it and i havent walked in a long while out in the hot sun taking this has got me going back outside and being physically active again im loving it so far im sure my b12 levels are low now hoping it gets to raising up yall
