I injured my left calf back in october of this year. I think i sprained if not teared it. I play soccer at least once a week for about a year now. I avoided playing since the injury and i decided to buy a compression sleeve because i just love playing soccer and being somewhat healthy and active. I did purchase this based on recommendations from us the members and decided on this. Im glad i did, i finnaly got to play yesterday 122121 with the sleeve on and its helped me tremendously. I could feel the sleeve working by keeping pressure on my calf the whole time. I could feel my calf being supported by the sleeve and now this morning i dont feel any soreness. I would definately buy this product in the event you did injure your calf.

My calf measures 17 inches. I was right at the upper end of the Large, but went with the Extra Large, just to be sure. It fit perfect. Not too tight. This thing is AMAZING! I suffered a Grade 2 tear of the G muscle in my calf. After several days of icing and on the recommendation of my doctor, I ordered a calf compression sleeve. I went with this one based on name recognition and I am glad I did. My pain had already decreased from a 9/10 to a 3 or 4/10. As soon as I put this on, my pain was probably a 1 or 2. Amazing! This allowed me to get back to work and was so comfortable, I wore it all day. I washed it with some dish soap and water and dried it on an AC vent overnight. It is a neoprene material like a wetsuit, but so comfortable, I forgot I had it on until someone asked what I had done.

I can say that compared to the high dollar similar items, bang for the buck, i ran the fastest time i ever ran in this event in the past 4 years.. I wont say that the product is fully responsible but i came in 4 minutes faster than last year.. I gave it 4 stars only because i believed i was going to receive a pair in the package and the price described is only for one, luckily the local fitness store had a matching one and i bought the other one there.. Great product!!!

I used this when I tore my plantaris tendon in my calf. I just wanted some support and warmth during recovery and this worked perfectly. Very good quality and my calf is about 16.5 inches at its widest and fit well.

As a bigger guy I have large calves, so after pulling my calf playing sports I wanted something to help keep the muscle tight. This sleeve works well, fits my leg comfortably while providing the support I need. I would certainly buy again.

Pro: Great compression. Minimizes or sometimes completely gets rid of calf or shin splint pain from athletic injury. Con: My only problem is this thing does not machine wash well. It collects bacteria and makes the skin itch and break into hives. For that reason I recommend not wearing it all day for pain. Other than that decent product.

I bought these to help with a pesky running injury. I have giant calves, so I was concerned they might not fit. No worries: the sizing guide was perfect. Important: They are sold individually; I purchased two. A few days of compression helped with the pulled muscle. I wear them for support while running to help avoid re-injuring the leg. They are well constructed of “latex free neoprene”. This gives them a substantial feel, but they are quite comfortable while being worn. Happy with the sleeves; definitely recommend.

Maybe the best I ever purchased. I have used many of these type of products; shoulder, knee, ankle, elbow, etc..... This is the most comfortable I have used and has enough compression to relieve the of pain of the strain.
