This review is for a TheraBand Roller Massager. It is a simple tool that can have great benefits to tired muscles. The handle can be used as a "pressure point" device, while the roller itself is a wonderful way to massage and relieve stress. As seen in the pictures, the roller has ripples or waves along it's surface to help massage out body aches and pains. You can use it yourself, on thighs and hips or arms, or have another person use it to work on your back etc. Decent price. It works wonders! Easy to use. Just right amount of firmness (not soft; not too rigid). Handles seem strong (they don't bend or feel like they will break). Compact (easy to pack with gym gear). Size: ~ 12" (with handles retracted) ~ 19" (with handles extended) ~ 2" diameter Quickly gets the blood moving to your muscles.

Needed for my cramping back muscles. Ohh feel so good..it works. 👍 Don't like foam ends falling off. Am I missing something?

Es una buena herramienta para la práctica diaria, es muy práctico usarlo en músculos grandes como cuadriceps e isquiotibiales, te ahorras todo el trabajo de usar tus manos directamente para descontracturar. Pros: ahorras energía, se puede hacer un masaje profundo, es compacto. Contras: el agarre no es muy bueno, no se adapta bien a las manos, abrir y cerrar las agarraderas no es muy intuitivo. Si buscas algo portátil y práctico esta es tu opción. Si no lo vas a transportar, y lo vas a usar para una clínica o lugar fijo, recomiendo el otro modelo.
