How to fix when the filtering stops after 5 months? Changed filter often (&early), cleaned it, put it all back together, etc. H20 still stays in top.

This may occur if bubbles or air pockets have become trapped in your filter. To help remedy this, we would recommend, first, removing the filter from your pitcher. Once removed please hold the filter upside down at a slight angle and shake it for 5-6 seconds before returning it to the upright position. You should hear the carbon particles inside moving. This procedure should compact the contents of the filter and eliminate any air pockets trapped within, which can prohibit water flow. This should restore performance to your filter. The filter was set up at 2 pm, it's  7 pm and i have about a 1/2 inch of filtered water. How do i contact for a replacement?
