Okay so I watch the video from a doctor that said these items are things that we do not get in our diet on a regular basis and they're supposed to help clean your lymph system. I received the echinacea liquid probably about 2 or 3 weeks ago I've been taking that so now I'm mixing these together with that and I've got some more products I want to order to go with it but right now I can't afford it but anyway the taste with water not real good so you mix a large juice it's palatable the freshness is great this smells wonderful the appearance is very nice and the temperature I mean it really doesn't matter power so to speak the size is about right it's bulk order so it should last you a good long time but like I said I am trying to clean my lymph system and the doctor said these items plus a few more that I'm going to get later or supposed to be something that will help cleanse that out and we will see.

These days the yellow powder they call "cumin", well, who knows what it really is anymore? So this brand is a welcome improvement over grocery store expensive spices, and warehouse "bargain" spices.
