Does this come in a set of 2 cartridge filters? One for each attachment on a mask?

Mine did. In sealed “aluminum” packs.

Will this cartridge work for oxalic acid vapors?

According to the 3M "Respirator Selection Guide" (pg. 86 of the 2015 guide), oxalic acid requires an OV (Organic Vapor) filter and an N95 (Particulate) filter. This cartridge, 60923, has OV, AG (Acid Gas) and P100 (Particulate) filters in the cartridge, so the answer to your question is yes, this cartridge will 'work' (filter) for oxalic acid (bearing in mind that the filter has IDLH and OEL restrictions that have to be met for the efficacy of the cartridge to be insured).
