Can these huge capsules be opened and mixed in liquid?

Yes. I mix niacin, beet powder, vitamin c powder, magnesium powder and L-Arginine in 16 oz. bottle of water and shake up. Excellent for hydration and energy in the Florida heat. I've been doing it for years.

Is this arginine base or hcl? The label for the tablets say from hcl but the capsules don't say that.
