Great product for the price.
For the price, this is a great product. It’s not quite in the condition that some of the other “lab grade” lab jacks on Amazon are- but it’s very functional and it does exactly what it is advertised to do.. I’m happy with it.The top platform comes with a layer of sealed plastic so when you peel it off you have a nice and polished platform.. So while some of the support bars may have some *slight* rough edges, and the lift screw makes an occasional minor squeak when turning, the important part is unblemished. It wasn’t quite level at first, but the rubber feet on the bottom are adjustable (each of the four corners has a screw in rubber base that the jack sits on). So within 5 minutes I had it perfectly level and working great.All in all, I’m happy with this product and how well it functions.

functional but filthy
Very sturdy for the size, but it arrived absolutely disgusting. There's a layer of grime that seems to be on every surface, seems like a mixture of dust, oil, and metal shavings. Will need to be completely disassembled and have to now buy a solvent as soap and alcohol didn't work. I would not recommend this for an actual sterile lab setting.

Useful to keep wide bookshelf from warping
I have a wide bookshelf with a lot of hardcover artbooks. As you can imagine that is a lot of weight for a shelf that only has supports at the corners/ends. So I bought this to help reduce the weight burden from the center of the shelf - it does a fantastic job, and it tucks under the shelf nicely so you can't even see it is there.

Product not as advertised - it was used, not new
I was looking for a couple of small lab jacks. I received them but they were not as advertised. They were heavy, which was good, but were used, and in bad condition. The screws and other parts were scratched, the tops rippling as you can see in the photos. I note that another purchaser had a similar experience with these. I returned them.

Great lift!
Using in my router table as a fine tuning router lift. Works great for this purpose. Lifts router evenly and accurately. Cheap alternative to the expensive router lifts on the market if you are able to fit under router which was easy in my case. Perfect size for a standard router.
