Suitcase looks good but it's a very very small suitcase I'm disappointed with the product!
This suitcase is not a 25" medium it is a carry on piece of luggage

Cute luggage - deceptive sizing! :)
This carry-on is, first of all, very cute. It seems very sturdy and has lots of room inside. I haven't traveled with it yet, but I will post an update if there is anything that changes my mind on the construction. I have to add that I have had three of these suitcases. I originally attempted to purchase the 20 inch carry-on and received the 25 inch bag instead. Thinking it was just a shipping error, I returned it for an exchange. I received another 25 inch bag. So, I had to get creative. I purchased the 25 inch bag and I received the 20 inch carry-on! Huzzah! They are so cute and sturdy, I decided to keep both. The design is distinct, and I hate wondering if that is really my luggage coming around the carousel. So, if you want the 20 inch, buy the 25 and vice versa. Good luck!

Love this suitcase
Love this suitcase. Holding up great, multiple flights and a few small scratches but I can expect that. Can spot my bag a mile away!
