Is this price for a case of 4 refill's or is it just for one refill?

With amazon.com it is 4, but here is an email response from office depot: In researching your request, I could see that the item # 866612 which you enquired is Purell® TFX Instant Hand Sanitizer Gel Refill, 1200 mL, Not a Case of 4. How many uses are in a bottle? Ex. If I'm getting it for my class of 30 kids, about how long will it last if they use it twice a day?

1 ml per use. So 1200/30 kids/ 2x per day/ 5 school days per week = 4 weeks. Or 8 weeks, since there are two bottles per order. That is a big class!

Is there a way to refill these refill bottles with hand sanitizer from a large pump bottle?

actually, you can refill these...you need to cut a small opening in the top of the container and pour the replacement liquid in there and the put a piece of packing tape over the hole. I've done it many times.

On my refill bottles. It has the number 5392. Your number is 5392-02. Will your fill in my dispenser? My top is Grey.

The "-02" simply means that this is a case of quantity "2". This is for a box of 2 x "5392". So yes, it will fit your dispenser if you've been using "5392" all along. As you can see in the photos of the item, the bottle is labeled as "5392".
