They do the job. Large capsule to swallow but one a day will do 'ya.

My doctor says that the vitamin D works better with the calcium when taken as one instead of two separate pills. My levels are all good and I will continue taking to help me so I dont get osteoporosis. At least that is the goal. But since I have issues with freckles, I cant go out in sun much so this supplement helps. Good price too.

These gelcaps are high quality and being gelcaps makes them easier to swallow. My only complaint is that the gelcap is very large and you are supposed to take 2 daily. Taking them with milk makes it easier for those who have trouble swallowing larger pills. They were cheaper than my local supermarket or pharmacy and only took 2 days to get to Lubbock. Nature's Bounty is my go to source for quality vitamins and minerals at an affordable price.
