Looks and works like new.
The printer arrived today. It was well-packed, and when I got it out and set it up, it looked like new and worked like new. Getting the drivers installed was a chore, however. I am using this with a Win 7 machine, which shares it with a Win XP machine. The drivers for both machines were available from HP, and the Win 7 install went okay, but there was a trick to getting the Win XP machine's drivers installed. Anyway, all is good now. Thank you.

Faster then my HP P2035d
The item was packed well however the an ink cartridge was left, which leaked inside I called the company. The lady was so generous to offer a refund through Amazon or a new cartridge for the HP printer the printer works like new so far no issues. Great customer service.

Not worth it!
We bought this refurbished printer, it was dirty, didn't work well. I returned it at cost to me and I was never refunded my original cost for the printer, despite reaching out to the company several times. I won't by refurbished again.

Good, reliable printer
This is a good printer. The printer that this one replaced (same model) lasted over 10 years, and we're still using it as a secondary printer (for smaller jobs).
