11 years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a bilateral mastectomy. I should never have had cancer!! I am a healthy eater, nursed 4 children, exercise daily, didn't have a strong family history of cancer, and do not smoke. Imagine my surprise when my breast surgeon told me that only 10% of breast cancer is hereditary and 90% is environmental. I erroneously thought environmental meant chemicals we are exposed to in the air, never considering the foods or health products we consume and use on a daily basis. Thankfully my children read and educate themselves about the benefits of natural and organic onesSeveral years ago, my daughters advised me to switch my deodorant to one that did not contain aluminum as research was showing it's harmful effects. (All of the leading brands contain it.) I finally purchased Tom's of Maine Natural Antiperspirant and Deodorant in lavender. It smelled so good in the package, but turned to a really sour BO smell on me within hours and I was sweating profusely. (I am generally not a sweater.) I used it for 2 weeks with the same results and then stopped. I tried it again weeks later with the same results, but ended up filing it in the trashcan. I tried other brands but never was able to find one that worked consistently. About 2 months ago, my oldest son introduced me to Bali Secrets. He and his wife have made the switch over to natural and organic products and have been introducing me to them. I never realized before how many harmful chemicals are in the products we use and foods we consume on a daily basis.I was shocked!I am totally hooked on Bali Secrets Natural Deodorant!! My son told me that I may experience some BO as my body sweated out the chemicals in my system. I never had that happen although my pits had a very strong flowery scent to them for about 7 days. The amazing thing is that I have not been sweating at all since I started using Bali Secrets! My one hesitation in buying Bali was that it was not listed as an antiperspirant. I had previously never been able to find a deodorant that totally eliminated any BO smell or sweating for an entire day until I found Bali Secrets. I apply it once in the morning after my shower and have the cleanest, freshest scent to my body all day long.I am learning much about the healthy benefits of plants, minerals, and essential oils and am making the switch over to foods and products that will keep me healthy the rest of my life. Sad that it has taken this long for me to become more aware. It was too easy to get cancer before and my goal is to prevent it from occurring again by consuming and using products that are helpful and not harmful to the human body. I am so grateful to Bali Secrets for creating a product that not only works but that is beneficial to me in more ways than one. An added bonus is the price and longevity of the product. My former deodorants only lasted about 4 weeks. While Bali Secrets may cost more up front, the true savings comes from how long it lasts. They mean it when they say "a little goes a long way". My son said that his container lasted about 6 months. That's a big savings!! Healthy doesn't always cost more.Thank you from a loyal customer!! Honestly a Life (pit) Saver!I have struggled with finding the right deodorant for years! decades really. Every other deodorant left my pits with clogged pores and discoloration and worst of all fungal rashes. It was embarrassing and painful. I mean so much so, I used to wash my pits 2x a day! (in the shower every evening and just my pits in the afternoon when I got home from work.) I barely owned anything sleeveless in an all-seasons state.Anyway, after much testing my body responded negatively to aluminum, baking soda, those weird dry crystal rock things.. Corn starch! Men's deodorant was worse. I had found one other brand that worked but those were $25 for 1 deodorant! I stumbled upon Bali and the ingredients looked right and came to find out... PERFECTION! No discoloration, no clogged pores, NO RASHES EVER! Not a single day of stink! Even after some stressful days.. It was a freaking miracle.FYI there IS such a thing of having to get your body used to using "natural deodorants" if your coming to this directly from basic store brands. It takes .. Weeks. Honestly. But worth it! I don't have to double wash, reg. sweating w no pit stains, and I never get those rashes anymore!!!Actually, that's not true.. I went on a trip last year and forgot my Bali and for a week!!!! I had to use a popular "clean" and "natural" brand from CVS.. Pits were dark brown by the 3rd day and the rash crept up by the 5th! Took a month back on my Bali's to get back to normal.That being said, I buy 5 to 8 at a time.. I never want to be without it. Even with these tariffs and the cost of living nowadays.. This is still on my priority purchases. I hope I never have to find an alternative! (BTW new formula works just as same as the old one.. I'd I get more uses out of these than from the old ones so win win) - Hope this helps anyone else out there.

This is by far the BEST, hands down, natural deodorant available!! 5-stars for sure. No question. I love the original, aloe and rose scents. I have tried so many other brands and this is the one that works for me. I appreciate that it is a smooth roller ball instead of a stick that rubs off on clothes and sticks to your pits. You do need to shake it a little before use, but that doesn’t bother me. It’s natural, so not a big deal. This one does the job, smells amazing, and naturally wears off and washes off easily. I have never had a problem with it staining my clothes as the more coconut oil based natural deodorants do. I tell anyone who is looking for a natural deodorant to get this one. Highly recommend!! Also, the teamThat makes this is so awesome. It’s a small company and they really care about what they do. UPDATE: This is my second bottle that has dried up not even half way through. Updating my review to 1 star. The deodorant does work, and it smells good (I loved the rose one), but for $14, the deodorant should not be drying up less than half way through a bottle. It's sad, because I like the roller ball more than natural stick deodorants I've tried (they tend to be REALLY dry) but I really cannot justify this product! Nothing worse than taking a shower, getting out, and then having your deodorant all dried up so nothing comes out. First bottle, I was like meh okay, maybe I was sent a bad bottle. So I bought a second, and everything was great again--until it started drying up again. Then I started looking at reviews again, and I noticed a LOT of people are having the same issue. Plus, when it dries up, it gets VERY grainy and gets crystals everywhere. If they fixed this issue, I would go back to using this deodorant. I really did like the formula and how it worked and how light the scents are, but I'm not even getting half of the use out of a bottle. I would not recommend this product unless they fixed this.This is THE deodorant to use! I have struggled with finding a deodorant that actually works for a while now. I would spend my time in the deodorant aisle looking for the one that had the highest amount of antiperspirant. It was really frustrating to smell my BO after using such "high strength" products. One day at work, we got into talking about deodorant, and when I mentioned that I haven't found any I like and that none of them work, one of my coworkers asked if I used antiperspirant or plain deodorant. Of course I used antiperspirant! I was sweaty. He said that for many people, antiperspirant actually made it all worse. I didn't believe him at first, but decided to give it a try.I came across Bali Secrets after looking for a deodorant only natural product. I looked at some of the popular ones on Amazon, but noticed a lot of people reporting that they were getting burns from the products. I did not want that to happen to me. So, when I stumbled upon Bali Secrets, and saw that people were singing it's praise, I knew I had to get it, even if it was $14.I feel like it will last a long time since it is a roll on and a little goes a long way. I can put this on in the morning and I can still smell it after work. It's incredible, I've never experienced it before. I will say, however, I am not the biggest fan of the Original Essence. It is not bad by any means, but, to be honest, it kind of smells like what you would expect an old lady to wear. Not a huge deal, I will just get a different scent next time I buy. It works, and it's not overpowering, so I don't really care that I am not in love with the scent.

I've tried a good handful of natural deodorants, and I decided to try a roll-on for the first time. What I must say is that I'm impressed. The scent lasts all day. When you first apply, yes it reminds me of my grandma, but the scent fades into a light clean smell after a while. It's definitely good for those who have office jobs. After profuse sweating in 99-degree weather, I could smell a bit of B.O. but it was kept in check by the deodorant. When anti-prespirant wears off, the smell attacks you but here, I could only really smell the B.O. if I stuck my nose directly in my armpit. I didn't smell it when I lifted my arms, like when anti-perspiring loses effectiveness. It almost calms your B.O. entirely so it's not as strong, even when it does come through. Also it doesn't stain or mark clothes or leave crumblies in my armpits like normal anti-prespirant. I've only been using it for a week or so, the most troublesome part is waiting for it to dry. I just hold my arms up under my ceiling fan for that step, but for others it may take longer.Pros:-Fresh smell (Original Essence)-Lasts all day-Doesn't stain/mark clothes-Seems like the bottle will last a long timeCons-Probably not best for profuse sweaters/exercisers-A bit of a "grandma' smell at initial application-Have to wait for it to dry to be effective-A bit expensive (For me anyways!)Overall, I rather like it and I don't feel that nervousness of not knowing if my natural deodorant is going to do it's job or not when I go out. I have confidence in this one! You'll have to decide if the pros/cons of using an all-natural​ but effective deodorant is worth it for you.

After being a life long antiperspirant user I started getting rashes and wanted to try natural deoderant. I tried several others and everything else smelled like its sent plus BO. It was about as effective as spraying cheap perfume would have been, didn't help with the odor and any niceness to the scent faded quickly. I was hesistnt to try this both because of the price and because it was a rollerball (how would adding wetness help keep my armpits dry?) I hesitantly gave it a chance because of the great reviews. I ordered the original scent and on smelling the bottle I was still very unsure, it seemed too floral for my liking. However since it had great reviews and I had bought it and already removed the plastic I felt I needed to give it a chance. Within a couple minutes of putting it on not only were my armpits dry, but the scent had changed, not to the flowery BO I was expecting, but to a lovely refreshing fairly neutral scent. Furthermore at the end of the day I still smelled fresh, maybe not quite as lovely a scent as in the morning, but definitely not BO. I do sweat a lot at night so I use it both in the morning and before bed, just so I still feel fresh in the morning. I have been using it for several months now and I love it, no irritation, and I am still happy with the smell and effectiveness. It is costly but a bottle lasts about twice as long as traditional stick deoderant so really it is about the same price. I do think if my husband wants to try it I will order him the sandelwood scent as the original does seem slightly feminine. I would like to see them add a tee tree scent (just because I love it) and I would like a 2 or 3 pack option.

I LOVE the new formula. I had been using a different product which worked well for me, but it had a texture like cocoa butter and it felt heavy, got all over my clothing, and wouldn't wash out of my clothing unless I scrubbed the spots by hand first. So, I decided to try the new formula for Bali Secrets after being a previous customer, and I'm so glad I did! The new formula works for me and has none of the issues with getting all over my clothing. I just spent three days at my company's user conference and had to give three presentations in front of large crowds, so I really tested it out. I threw the deodorant in my purse just in case I needed to refresh during the day, and I never had to reapply. There were even dinners and social events at the end of each day, and I made it all the way through without reapplying. Also, I have very sensitive skin and can't use products with baking soda, and I never have any irritation with Bali Secrets. I love the new zesty scent, too.As a tip: I find this works best for me if I make sure to let it dry all the way before putting on clothing. I fan it with a towel to make it dry more quickly.

This is my 3rd purchase of this product. I fell in love with the product. espite it's expensive pricing I thought it was worth it. I noticed when I sweat I thought the deodorant didn't work. I smelled my arm pits to make sure and it DID work. I was extremely please. I've tried all the scents except the unscented and I bought the Rose scent twice. They all smell good, aloe being the lightness scent, I think sandlewood is my favorite because it mixes with my pheromones really well. Rose is a good scent for ladies to start off with, and I really like that one too. Like I said it's hard to choose a favorite. So my 3r time around which is right now I've noticed that the deodorant is starting to make me itch really bad. It states on the bottle that a little goes a long way. I am not 100% sure if I am using too much, but the itchiness has now gotten to a point were I had to discontinue use more half way the bottle. It's almost empty. I am really sad to have to say I can no lo her wear this product. I had to really make sure it was the deodorant so I wore regular deodorant from old spice, and my arm pits did not itch not even once yesterday. So it was confirmation. For anyone who is interested in trying this product I definitely recommend to at least give it a try because I feel like it's good, and it doesn't burn your skin like I've seen on other natural deodorant reviews.

I’ve been using it for a month now and it was working perfectly, but for some reason nowadays it doesn’t work at all and only lasts for maximum 5 hours and then it leave a very awful stench to the point that I don’t want to use it anymore.

I've been searching for a natural deodorant that works for years! I think I tried all of them. I kept getting disappointed because they either didn't work or gave me a rash. Most natural deodorant are based on baking soda and oil (YUK!) they make your armpits dark and irritated. NOT THIS ONE! It lasts me all day long, smells great and doesn't stain my clothes with oily mess. I am not sure how they pulled it off, but this deodorant is a real miracle! So happy I've found it! I'll be ordering some more for my sister and cousin.

Ich war lange auf der Suche nach einem verlässlichen Deo auf natürlicher Basis und ohne schädliche Inhaltsstoffe und bin froh das von Bali Secrets gefunden zu haben! Ich mag den unaufdringlichen Geruch und die lange Wirksamkeit dieses Deos. Beim Gebrauch ist mir aufgefallen, dass sich Duft und Konsistenz des Deos ein bisschen verändern, je länger das Fläschchen geöffnet ist. Es wird zähflüssiger und duftet herber, was mich aber absolut nicht stört!Insgesamt ist es für mich ist es ein tolles Produkt, das ich gerne an meine Freunde weiterempfehle!
