I have been using the 22% carbamide peroxide for many years to keep coffee and food stains from yellowing my teeth. I did not know the 44% was available and was even more surprised to find out that I do not have to get this from my dentist. I was grossly overpaying my dentist for this product. This kit says it has enough product for 50 uses as it does not take much. I used this the day I received it and for this strength it only takes about 10 minutes. I did notice some slight sensitivity at first but it went away quickly. This product is not intended to be left on your teeth for long periods of time. I had a few coffee stains on the edges of some of my teeth and on the top of some of my molars and this took off the stains I saw in that 10 minutes. This is a great product and very affordable. I only use about 1x a month to keep stains away as my teeth are already pretty white and this works perfect.

These whiteners work on my all natural teeth to quickly remove coffee and tea stains. I use them every couple of months. They came with two trays but I use my own custom tooth trays.I don’t like that they recommend to be kept in the fridge to prolong potency.I’ll use other brands next time.This company does provide a large amount of whitener gel in each syringe.Four stars.

I’ve maintained my whitening with whitening strips for a long time, so my front teeth are already very white. My biggest problem was that whitening strips don’t reach all the way to the back molars. As a result, there was a noticeable color difference between my front teeth and my back teeth. They also don’t whiten the deep spaces between the teeth very well.That’s why I started looking for a whitening gel and chose this one because it’s one of the strongest available. I can comfortably tolerate even the strongest Crest and Colgate whitening products, but this gel is definitely more powerful. If you have sensitive teeth, use it with caution.However, if you’re like me and you’ve already reached the final stage of whitening and want to whiten the areas that strips miss—such as your molars and the spaces between your teeth—this product works very well.The custom tray is a nice idea, but with such a strong gel it’s almost impossible to keep it from touching your gums, and it can make your gums sting or burn. Instead, I use a cheek retractor like the ones dentists use to keep my mouth open, then apply the gel carefully with the brush so I can reach every corner while avoiding my gums as much as possible.
