Every now and then it falls apart
Y’all, I know einkorn has a weaker gluten structure than standard wheat. This spaghetti fell apart in the water. Dude, even gluten free pasta doesn’t do that! I think the spaghetti needs egg as a binder. I’ve had their fusilli and penne with no issues.
