This oatmeal is gluten free and much healthier than other oatmeal alternatives. The package stays fresh and the size is perfect because it lasts me a while. This is perfect for my overnight oats. They also cook easily and quickly. This oatmeal is delicious! 🤤

This is the best tasting and healthy oatmeal, did I mention sprouted makes it even better for health? I started when I friend recommended it to be and yes I too was a skeptical. However, once I started using it and tailoring to my taste, including almond butter, chia seeds (optional of course) and my favorite fruit blueberries and or apples. I love it and who can beat something you love and that is healthy for you??
