Best of the good stuff
I am giving this one the coveted five stars because it is, in my opinion, the best of the Nongshim bowl noodles. It has a bit of spice, but it's a nice mild pepper, not the "drank a bottle of sriracha" flavor of the spicy bowls. If you have no microwave available, this works great. When I am out of town or working in my shop, I simply don't have a microwave available. What I do have is a teapot. Unlike a lot of the noodle bowls, the Nongshim is made for either microwave or boiling water. This works nice for camping or truckers, too.I will be ordering more when this case runs out.

Great bowl of noodles
I was already a big fan of Nongshim's chicken and shrimp flavors (the non spicy versions, or what they call the "savory" ones) so getting these was a no-brainer. Unfortunately, my local grocery chain only carries the chicken and shrimp, so I was thankful to find that Amazon carries these, and with my Prime, they're actually cheaper than buying from my local grocery. If you're like me, and don't particularly enjoy all the "spicy" ramen bowls, then these are the ticket. They have a great beef flavor, and are large enough to be a satisfying meal. Highly recommended. In fact, I recommend all the 'savory' flavors they have; chicken, beef, tempura udon and shrimp.

Unhealthy but delicious
Best bowl ramen, hands down. I'm sure it has MSG and will probably give me some sort of cancer, but it tastes delicious and is cheap, perfect for eating while we're paying for car repairs for the next few weeks! Haha!I keep pre-cooked, cut up bits of chicken in the fridge. I throw in some extra vegetables and the sauteed chicken to give slightly more health, and often pour off the broth to save on sodium. Still tastes delicious and is a larger serving than the cup noodle.

Great to have on hand!
Pretty good, better than the American ones but that depends on your personal taste of course. They're great for when you don't want to cook or can't cook for whatever reason and if you want veges or beef you'll have to add them yourself, they put a tiny amount of freeze dried bits of carrot, mushrooms and green onion flakes plus you get a flavor packet, it's not too salty for my taste and you could always not use all of the flavoring but they're very filling and good to keep on hand for power out, emergencies or camping and I hear these are popular with college students too, just send it to them.

Tastes great.
Easy to fix, inexpensive, great tasting broth, and everyone in the house likes it.

Convenient, fasty and not too salty. What more could a person ask?
Really yummy and convenient. I keep them around for a quick "meal" since I have a countertop water boiler dispenser and can make this with the push of a button any time I like. No pesky waiting for kettle to boil or microwave to run. Just push, pour, fill, cover, wait a few minutes and eat. Using the whole flavor packet is not too salty either. I like that very much.

Don't Bowlieve His Lies
Just the sound of the word "savory"makes any mouth water more than any English muffin I have ever tried. Nongshim is reknown for their great tasting spicy bowl of noodle soups which ranges from spicy to even spicier. The quality is a lot higher than your run-of-the-mill cup o' noodles. So when I find out Nongshim offers more variety than their delicious red hots I decide to spice of up this life (pun fully intentional).Unfortunately, I have to report that this flavor did not graduate from Bovine University. I can confirm it was somewhat savory. However, the soup base has an unidentifiable taste to it. Somewhat salty, but not as much as salty Miso stock. The smell is not as engrossing as I would expect from a bowl of Pho peppered with slices of filet mignon. All in all, it wasn't the best, but you can do a lot worst.Recommendations: Adding extra ingredients such as pepper or your hot sauce of choice does make this meal somewhat more palatable..

Tasty soup
I'm not a big fan of super spicy instant soup, so I always lean towards non or less spicy soups. This one falls under the not spicy but tasty category. If you don't like spicy and is tired of the old cup o' noodles, give this a try.I used to order the Beef and Ginger flavored soup, that was very excellent (for instant soup standard), but a Amazon does not carry it anymore.
