Here is the King of Masking Fluids. Period.
This is what I reach for when I need to do any kind of masking. I've used other brands for masking but this is the only one that won't completely destroy a brush. Grab an old brush, dip, apply to the surface allow five to ten minutes to dry and then paint what you need to. Then pick it clean. It's just that easy. The stuff washes out of your brush with just water. Though I wouldn't use your best brushes for this. Though in truth it dries probably faster than the 5 to 10 minutes, it all depends on how thick you lay it on.The thing that makes this the best it's effectiveness. You can always tell when it's dry because of the color. It doesn't peel off paint underneath it like I've had with other brands. The cost is great too. Especially for the size you get. Others might offer more, but they usually charge more.

Excellent
Easy to use and great for my painting project. Just don’t leave the mask on too long.

Worth Every Dollar
I was skeptical about it at first after seeing all the negative reviews about it being dried in the bottle, or it drying up quickly after use. However, I have used mine a couple times and haven't really experienced any drying issues other than the slight buildup at the opening of the bottle.Using this stuff is amazing, it goes on a teal ish color and it dries almost completely transparent. It also comes off really easy after use as well. All you need to do is scratch it with either a finger nail or a craft knife and it peels right off, best of all, it doesn't pull off any of the paint you covered with it. I will definitely stick to buying Vallejo because honestly the size of the bottle is amazing and it hasn't failed me yet.Just make sure you use a cheap set of brushes to apply, because even if you clean the brush off, you will notice a little bit of residue left over which can really do a number on your brushes.

Where masking tape just won't cut it on model building
Worked very well on my model aircraft canopies.

Great add to your masking arsenal
Saved my bacon when I had to mask off a large 3d printed mech with a lot of fine details. Yes it dries fast and makes a mess of the brush and bottle but I clean my brush with mineral spirits then hot water when it gets too gummy to work. You have to clean the bottle rim and cap or you will get a lot of stringies in it. My only gripe is its sometimes difficult to tell what you masked on large detailed models so you really have to search for where you put this stuff and get out toothpicks and needles to get it out of crevices but it beats trying to tape those details and cockpits etc. I usually tape big areas and then go around the edges that I dont want to spend an hour cutting out with the knife to cover corners and edges and seal the end of the tape

There’s Better Out There
It works. Sort of. Very easy to remove if taken off within a few hours. The problem is one coat won’t seal your finish from getting airbrushed. You’ll need either one very heavy coat or several thinner coats otherwise you will get bleed through. Very thin stuff too. So just be aware. I’ve used other masking fluids and it only required one coat to do the job.
