Q: Is it artificially flavored, or is there actual Truffle in it?

its absolutely artificially flavored. Its impossible to keep fresh truffles in stock for a year long production cycle lmao. Just Google the seasons of various truffle varieties. Literally a joke.

Q: what type of chilies are used?

All three sauces are made with the finest of red chili peppers according to the bottles...however in my opinion the price is not worth it at all!! It's a waste of your money and they will not accept their product back for a refund!

Q: How much sodium is in the gourmet hot sauce set?

Our Original Black Truffle Hot Sauce and White Truffle Hot Sauce both have 40mg of sodium per serving (1 Tbsp (15mL)) The Black Truffle Oil has no sodium at all. Hope this helps!
