Seems to help with constant nose blowing due to LPR. A naturopath suggested I try it. I'm taking 6 or sometimes 8 a day. Something seems to he helping a little, it's prob this Quercetin. I like that it has no negative side effects, unlike some other things suggested. They are small caps, Vegan & easy to swallow. I'm on my 2nd big bottle. It's not a complete fix for me but an improvement.
