Very good value and relatively easy to use
I have been using this for a few days now. Relatively easy to operate the only downside is the display panel is not very clear to read. However the user booklet is very clear an easy to follow It is too early to judge effectiveness but I am seeing signs of improvement and a diminished level of pain. Give the price it is very good value for money

Good little device.
This is a cracking little device at a very good price. It has a variety of different settings. There are two channels so you can have different settings and intensity for two different areas if required. I bought it because I'd had a trapped nerve in my back for two weeks that was impacting my left arm and affecting my sleep. I placed two pads in the area around the trapped nerve on my back and two on the most affected area of my arm. I tried different modes until I found the one that felt right for each area. After 3 days of treatment I started to notice an improvement and finally got some relief from the pain and got some much-needed sleep! Previous to this machine I'd tried painkillers, anti-inflamatories, gels, sprays, heat, cold...... The TENS machine is what finally worked. There are 4 small square pads and 4 larger rectangular ones. They stick well to the skin. The machin doesn't make any noise and is very small and discreet. I'm very happy with my purchase and my only regret is that I didn't get it sooner!

Excellent for making pain more manageable
Excellent for back pain, has made it possible for me to continue working and socialising at times I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to. I find it easy to use and compact enough to fit in a normal pocket, has a clip also but I don’t use this as find it sticks out a bit so isn’t very comfortable on a waistband. I have used this product for years, they have varied in how well they last - some quite quickly would malfunction so it would be a jolting sensation instead of the normal settings so was unusable, but they were really good at quickly refunding it with no dispute, and despite this happening multiple times I still continue to use the same ones as it is so effective when it works and very easy to get it replaced. This current one has lasted a lot longer so they may have improved this.

Great compact machine
Great little machine. Has multiple modes& is easy to use. I used it multiple times a day after jarring my back & it really helped ease the pain. Sticky pads didn't lose their stick.

Massive upgrade from basic TENS machine with a reasonable price tag
Bought this as I seem to have lost my old basic TENS machine and I use it to ease my chronic pain. This is a major upgrade. The machine looks a bit complicated at first but once I’d had a quick read of the instructions it was easy enough to use. I like the versatility of the machine; that you can work on one part of yr body using programme A and set programme B to do something or somewhere totally different. The programmes are demonstrated on the actual device but it’s actually easier to try them out rather than understand the function it (sort of) shows. It comes with a few sticky pads to start you off and they’re simple to add to skin and caused me no irritation and remained comfortable throughout the program time and unpeeled easily. I like the little plastic tray that comes in the pack to stick your used pads on until next time, much better that the plastic covers on my last machine. The pack comes with everything you’ll need, including usb charging lead (no plug) tray to hold used pads, pads, 4 x wires to attach pads, device ( which was charged and ready to go) on opening and a little draw string back to store everything in. Hopefully, assuming I don’t lose/lend this one it’ll last for a good few years

Amazing!
Very skeptical but worth a shot for 25 quid if it does anything to help arthritic hip pain. Did not think it would do much as pain is in the joint, not the muscle. Struggled to get pads onto hip, they're bloody sticky, but managed. Getting them off the packing is a game as they keep sticking to fingers. Next time I will connect leads after placing pads! Getting them off was also tricky but will definitely get easier with experience. Absolutely amazed at how well it works. I messed around for an hour or more trying various modes, 4 bars more than enough for me. Managed to sleep on both sides without joint pain! Next morning could walk without pain, kept losing my stick as I put it down then walked off & forgot it. Best part is that it stops me walking off-kilter and making my knee and other muscles hurt. Honestly couldn't believe it. Waaaay better than codine paracetamol, even the strong 30/500 stuff.

Superior quality to other TENS
My daughter has EDS and has a back injury due to this, she has been in pain for months. This has been a massive help to keep the pain under control. She goes to college wearing it. This is the 2nd tens, the 1st was made by glyntora, the charging port broke within 2 months. This Auvon tens is the same price but far superior in quality and she says it’s much more powerful. She can’t take anti inflammatory meds due to having 1 kidney and the only alternatives can cause addiction so this has been invaluable. You can use 1 lead and have 2 pads attached or 2 leads and 4 pads, you can program the leads to do separate modes. It comes with a plastic part to stick the pads to in between uses, extra pads and a clear plastic holder with a clip so you attach to clothing if you wish. I would absolutely recommend this and would definitely buy again.

Far from perfect but......
Cons. I found it incredibly difficult to place the pads for effect. Possibly due to my quite complicated back issues. I had to reposition the pads so many times that by the second use the adhesive was already struggling to work. The modes aren't much different. They are extremely inconsistent. When using both A and B channels on the SAME mode, the sensation was totally different. Whatever I did I couldn't get both to produce the same pattern. In the end it annoyed me so much I gave up and did different areas seperately. The same mode even varied between uses. The instructions could have been far simpler. Actual operation of the unit is straightforward but the instructions overwhelmed me when I first looked at them and had to come back later in the day when I had more patience. A simple diagram labelling the unit would make far more sense. I have high blood pressure that is controlled by medication. Warnings stated that those with high blood pressure shouldn't use a tens machine. Online info from NHS etc stated it's safe for those with high blood pressure to use tens. I was in fact advised to try tens by a nurse practitioner at my GP surgery. Makes you wonder about the accuracy of other info given. Pros. It DID provide relief to me for chronic nerve pain that hasn't responded to medication for years. Efficacy is directly related to how bad my pain is. The first time I used it when particularly sore it didn't work as well. If I turned up the intensity it was unpleasant with random sharp needle like sensations which are possibly what some people are experiencing as the electric shocks that make them stop using it return the unit It's tiny so easily carried in a pocket for use whilst moving about it away from home. The charger is very useful. I've only just bought the unit so can only comment based on using it a couple of times.
