Simple, easy setup and cheaper than Ring!
It’s been about a month since I installed this and I just charged this for the first time and it’s great! I bought this for my parents for Christmas, we used to have a door bell but it’s been dead for a while. My aunts and uncle own Ring, I looked into but I could not afford it with my budget. I think it’s absurdly to expensive, this did the same thing for a cheaper price. I hooked it up for them, the night vision works very well and I can see the motion detection when I walk up after getting in from work. The picture quality is also very good. The only thing I have noticed is that it takes a bit to be able to talk to some one. However, I am chalking it’s up to the fact that where the doorbell is placed it is far from Wi-Fi. Otherwise you will get an alert faster once someone is in range. Otherwise the doorbell ring works immediately. It’s only slow if you use the app to see who there and want to talk to them. The one other thing is that the screws are tiny as hell, when putting it in we already lost one. I wish they give you more than two. I will be contacting the company for more since they do back their products when they ask for a review. All in all this is a very good and simple setup product for a doorbell and much cheaper with just as good as reviews too. We we definitely be getting another for upstairs.

Good Overall
I had to find a wireless doorbell camera and was limited on what I could get. I watched several videos before making my decision. So far I am very pleased. I've only had the camera about a week but so far this what I've got. The Pros: Loved the price for what I was getting. Set-up was very easy and I had no issues. Picture quality is really nice even at night with little light. It took me a minute but I was able to easily move around the app. You can download different chimes for your doorbell The Cons: A couple times when the doorbell rang I wasn't able to stop the app on my phone from ringing. It sometimes takes two tries to get my phone to connect to the camera which isn't a big deal as it always does connect after a try or two. The intercom is sometimes choppy and hard to hear the other person. A couple of times the motion detection didn't pick up the person until they were right on top of the doorbell but most of the time this wasn't an issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend this doorbell. I don't think its as good as the more expensive ones but it's over half the price so if you are on a budget, you will be happy with this selection

Just what I wanted
This is a relatively inexpensive non-subscription video/audio doorbell. The quality is decent (all plastic), the corresponding app “works”, but could be fine tuned and more user friendly. That being said, it’s not as bad as some other app centric products I’ve purchased. The app is stable, but I still have trouble navigating around when I try to find something myself. Most of the time though, you don’t need to look for anything, because it’s set to alert you (if you choose) when triggered my motion, so it’s pretty much on autopilot. I’m not tech-illiterate and it took me 5 minutes to check the doorbell battery life. It’s an app developed for these devices, just not on the same simplicity or intuitive level as an Apple product (probably an unfair standard to meet, honestly). The camera is “decent” day & night. I’d say proper placement is most important to optimize its camera limitations. I mounted it too low (although higher than a normal height, IMO) based off what “I thought” would be good when setting it up and most people get so close to it that there’s heads get cut off after pushing the doorbell. It would be nice if the mounting bracket that the doorbell actually rests in allowed for some adjustment along 2 axis’s. For those using existing wiring for power, placement would be more limited and you may need to devise backers to angle the unit to suit your needs. I just mounted mine slightly off of where it needs to be and I just had a new door & trim installed, so i dont want to re-drill (maybe I will someday). I’ve had mine working for 15 days and the battery is still at 85% from its initial charge. That is with a family of 5 coming and going and delivery people and such. I wish the chime just had a plug instead of needing a usb brick. The sensitivity is nice since I live on a very busy street about 60 feet from the road and it only triggers with movement within 12 feet (you can actually set in a grid which areas it triggers from). Pros; a good, cheap video/audio/picture/intercom doorbell Cons; app could be more intuitive (but it’s totally useable) and position adjustments would be nice (but you can just mount it properly to begin with).

10/10 would recommend
Do yourself a favor and get this thing! We had a first gen ring, and honestly it was fine except for having to pay monthly. So instead of continuing to pay I started out on the hunt for something that had no added costs. This is where I landed based on other reviews. The daytime picture is fantastic. Night time one is clear enough to see if something’s going on, not great but it could be that we have other lights interfering with the night vision quality. Either way, we can still see if someone comes on the property and that’s just fine. The motion detection definitely has a slight lag, not a deal breaker by any means, but it’s for sure caught the side of my face/ear about a hundred times while I’m coming and going. When we get a delivery, we can answer and use intercom, and we can go live just to see what’s up if need be. It has a micro-sd card included for storage. The app is simple to use, and alerts you of motion. We live on a busy street, and our house sits so that the ring we had constantly recorded cars driving by even set on the lowest sensitivity. This one set at low sensitivity doesn’t do that except for the rarest occasion. It seems to focus more on our driveway than the street which is awesome. Comes with a chime that you can plug in wherever, it’s nice and loud, and you can even change the tone in the app. Install took about 15 minutes including removal of old doorbell, app installation, and pairing the setup to our WiFi. Super easy. All in all, we love it!

Great product and better value than other competitors
UPDATE: I bought this doorbell camera in Sept 2020 and when first received and setup, it worked great. But as time went on I had more and more problems with it. The chime has never worked at all. As time went on the camera started going off line more and more and now its off line over 80% of the time. This camera works on wifi connection and even though I have various security cameras all over my property including in the area near where this camera was installed, this is the ONLY camera that is ever offline and stays off line 80% of the time if not more. I even bought a wifi extender and that did not work. I even tested it right next to the wifi router and still continues to be offline. The battery when fully charged only lasts a few days, so I constantly have to charge it and when I attempt to charge it, it doesn't charge consistently, it is off an and on when it charges, so it takes hours to charge due to this. I bought this Doorbell Camera for $60 because I did not want to spend $200 on a Ring Doorbell, but now I regret buying this product as it has been nothing but a complete waste of money. I ended up finally giving in to the price of a Ring Doorbell for $200 and wish I had done this from the start because I have had ZERO issues with the Ring Doorbell camera. Think twice before buying this product, if you do buy it, be prepared. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just received and was excited to setup. It was super easy to setup and install. The app is great to see live view, record, or speak to anyone that rings the doorbell. There are 2 ways to know when you have a visitor. It will call your cell phone for when you are not at home and it also comes with a chime for when you are at home. Works great, I had a visitor when I was not home. It called my phone, and I was able to speak to them and let them know when I would be home. It was as clear as a phine call and I could also see them on the phone app as well! Its definitely weather proof. It was raining the day I set it up and worked great and still working great! Definitely worth getting! Another plus, it comes with a lifetime warranty, so no need to buy the additional warranty that is offered.

Great doorbell camera
Easy to set up and the video quality is excellent. Only downside is how long it takes to charge. Upon first use; it took over 6 hours to charge, and when charge is below 30% it takes aprox 8+ hours to charge. You can set a notification in the app to let you know when the battery gets to a certain percentage though; which is a nice feature. When you use the app; the battery percentage is in the viewing window, so you can see it every time someone rings the bell and you use the app to answer. We have had ours for roughly 4 months in New England weather, and have recently had to recharge it for the first time since initial charge and set-up. We dont use the motion detection feature, as I am assuming it will drain the battery faster.

In my experience it lasted 3 days before it went offline.
This camera seems great for what’s its worth. I will update my review if it’s allowed once I try my second attempt as to how long the battery actually lasts. For starters this was purchased after a security breach in my apartment complex. This was easy to install, the camera is pretty good, would have probably purchased the other version that rotated on a ball had I seen it (for better angle) the sensor is very sensitive when set high and the notifications are frequent and easy to see and access. I read in the questionnaire on here before that the battery supposedly lasts 1 to 4 months which in my experience is not true so far (I charged it the 8-11 hours it asks to charge before putting up). Maybe mine is faulty which is why I am charging it one more time putting it up again tomorrow and setting it to low sensitivity to see it that makes a difference. If after that it doesn’t last more than the 3 days it did this time around I will redo this review to mention what happened and contact the seller. Also I have yet to try the free cloud for the 7 days it offers because I wanted to make sure this was worth it. Another thing to add is storage on the SD card seems pretty good so far from March 31st (day installed) to today April 3rd I think it had only went down 1 gb. I set mine to record 40 second increments of when someone had passed by my hallway. Overall I recommended this to friends but won’t really know until maybe next week. Update: The last time around it lasted around 3 days before I needed to charge it. This time around it lasted from April 3rd-April 29 thats 27days before it ran down to 2% and I opted to charge it. Overall its a decent camera I would recommend it for the price. Update September 9th 2020: The battery seems to be acting up again. I usually charge it after 3 weeks to a month but ai charged it yesterday and it showed full now this morning it’s showing low again. One more thing to add is you don’t need cloud just delete or save videos as needed. It will be almost be a year since I purchased this camera and so far I mean the charging port acts a little weird sometimes that I have to confirm through the app that it is being charged but tbh I still recommend the camera. I have to take the camera down for 11 hours or so every 3 weeks to ensure it stays charged. April 14, 2021: The camera is no longer functioning. It doesn’t hold a charge and when it does charge it will record but when I go to access the video to review, it says the SD card is not detected. I took the SD card out to try and see what the issue was and I could not figure it out. It also use to give me the option to delete everything from the SD card through the app now I can’t access that.

Sense of security.
Not an electronics wizard but want a sense of security even you can install? This is it! I’m not tech-savvy. I get tech frustrated easily. I live in a very rural area with iffy wifi service. Yet once this doorbell was fully charged (easy), it took about 20 minutes to get up and running. So far I’ve been the only one to ring the doorbell but it worked perfectly to alert me via my iPhone and the chime. It has detected and alerted me to anything that moved on my porch - me going in and out; the mail carrier twice; and my cat. The motion detection took about 15 seconds to alert. The pictures and video are clear and definitely good enough to make faces recognizable. The intercom works great with clear speech both ways. The only thing I would change would be enable it to make a distinct/unique alert/notification sound than other apps so it truly stands out. Otherwise, this has all the bells and whistles I needed for a reasonable price. UPDATE: I’ve now had this a month and a half. It is rock solid. Raucous weather has not bothered it. It has alerted me every time it needed to. The back-and-forth speaking feature works great. Video is great. And the battery is still at about 80%. Update: July 28. Just had to reacharge the batteries for the first time. They lasted six months! It took five hours for a full recharge with the provided cable. Very easy. . This has been absolutely flawless for six months! I highly recommend.
