Burnt to a toast - and I love it!
I bought the matching kettle and kettle together. They make a great addition to my new grey kitchen. The toaster is easy to use. The great thing about it is that it takes thick sliced bread, be it pre-sliced or from a fresh loaf. Once you work out the settings it's a piece of cake, sorry bread, sorry toast. The kettle is quick to boil - it makes more noise than my last (ten-year old) kettle but that is not surprising given the speed it boils a cup full of water. Some people have complained about how difficult it is to measure out the right amount of water. Compared to my previous kettle that I had no scale on the side, I find this easy to guesstimate the amount needed. I also like the flip-top lid as it easier to fill than using the spout! All-in-all I'm very pleased with my double buy - style and substance.

One annoying feature...
Works fine as a toaster and looks good. Due to the placement of controls, the crumb tray comes out of the back. So if you want to empty the crumb tray it needs unpluging and turning round.

worst toaster ever
This is the worst toaster ever on the highest setting it pops up ever ten seconds .Take ten pop ups to start to even brown the bread .Avoid

You'd expect an Australian site would send a electric product with the right plug
Both my Sister and I have experienced issues with purchasing from Amazon as to the type of plug provided. I bought my Mother a toaster for Christmas and it arrived with a European plug - not happy Jan!~
