Vegetable Fruit Extract Supplement
A natural herb fruit extract supplement to support a healthy lifestyle suitable for vegetarians. There are sixty tablets in one bottle, directions are to take two tablets (adults only) each day with a warm glass of water. I have only being taking them for two weeks but already noticed improvement in my digestive system. It's always a little subjective deciding whether various supplements are worth taking. They aren't inexpensive so you want to see improvement before committing to long term use. I shall continue with these and finish the bottle and then decide whether to continue.

I wouldn't reccomend
Been taking these for a month, haven't seen any positive effects. I'f you loose weight it's probably because of dehydration due to the diarrhoea it causes. Not for me.
