I’ve been subscribed to MOFO for 5 years and was happy with the product. However, within the last year I noticed the capsules became smaller while the label serving size and price remain unchanged. To verify what I was seeing, I weighed dozens of capsules from older and newer batches on a milligram scale. The newer capsules consistently weigh 55–65 mg less per capsule than the older batches. That equates to roughly 330–390 mg less per 6 capsule serving. This is also taking into account the 15mg empty weight diff of the 00 gelatin capsules vs the 0 capsules. Despite this reduction in weight, the supplement facts label and advertised ingredient amounts remain unchanged, and the price has not decreased. Unless the company can provide a clear explanation this raises serious questions about transparency and quality control. As a customer of 5 years I find it concerning that the capsules are smaller, weigh less, cost the same, and yet the label remains unchanged. Although highly subjective, I also seem to notice much less of a positive effect from the new batches vs the old (which I still have a few bottles of). Long time customers deserve a clear explanation. I have messages the company and have yet to receive a response.
