can you add essential oils to the pads and reuse or do you only have to use their pads?

what is the difference between this and the V1900 model?

I'm looking for one that either doesn't have a light, or where I can turn the light off. Does either of the two models match my needs?

There is a cover you can slide over the light to hide it. Also the light is not very bright at all. It’s really dim
