Does this help my body absorb the Vitamin C, too?

I have no definite information on this, but I am a Registered Nurse and I doubt any significant amount of Vitamin C is delivered systemically.

Can this be used on a preteen child?

I use it on my body and face and love it. I would allow my preteen to use it, without reservation; I don’t have stats on it but it’s pure vit C, my preteens had sensitive skin.

Do I use a moisturizer aftet using the vitamin c?

I don't. I just wash my face, then when my face is dry I apply the serum. I haven't used my moisturizer since I have it.
