Just what you would expect for a record sleeve.

5 star item, but a very poor purchase if you buy from Amazon. If you order this, Amazon may just slap a shipping label on it and send it without any packaging. Mine arrived torn, creased, exposed to moisture (bad for the rice paper lining), and had dirt/grit in the plastic. If you care about preserving your collection with high quality sleeves, purchase directly from Big Fudge's website and avoid the nonsense.

These sleeves look great and completely encase the record. I used to purchase a different brand of inner sleeves, the Poly Lined Paper Protective LP Vinyl Record Sleeves from Record Master (https://www.amazon.com/Protective-Sleeves-Record-Provide-Collection/dp/B07DL4FBP8). I enjoyed them but then learned about this product and thought I'd try it out. I like it as much or perhaps a bit more. I like that it shows off the entire record, not just the label. This is a nice-to-have for colored vinyl records. Another reviewer has pointed out that these sleeves can sometimes fit too tightly inside some record covers, making them hard to slip in. I don't typically experience that because I place my (empty) LP covers inside a plastic outer sleeve and then slip the inner sleeve (containing the record) next to the cover. However, I tried it out on a record with a stiff jacket and found that it took some care to slip this sleeve inside the cover without bending the corners back. This is probably because the sleeve has no stiffness to itself to support it, which the kind I've used before (the Poly Lined Paper Protective LP Vinyl Record Sleeves from Record Master) do have. You may want to consider the type of sleeve construction based on how you store your records.

I meant to order rice paper sleeves. These were just as amazing. I loved the size. Other brands sometimes are too long and bunch. They were very slim. Good for multiple records. They still were sturdy enough to go into the sleeves without much problem. The color was transparent enough to show off the records. I think I am going to have a good relationship with this brand. Especially if they keep helping me with discounts. It makes it a good value for ultimate protection. Highly recommended!

I'm a big fan of the MoFi inner sleeves, but they can feel a bit expensive at times - especially for those "eh" records in your collection. These are a great simulation, and I would have said they were exactly the same if not for the fact that some records barely fit into the things. I don't know if the records are thicker than normal, or if the edges aren't properly trimmed, but they'll fit in the MoFi sleeves no problem. With these, you need a considerable amount of force to put them in and that's not ideal for protecting your collection. The plastic will stretch if you manage to get one of these bigger discs in, and can potentially tear the plastic. But that's only been the case for maybe 1/5 records I've tried. For the other 4, these are perfect. Antistatic, has a nice transparency to see your fancier discs, and slides into the LP cover much easier than the standard paper ones.

I too was a bit hesitant to order these after reading some folks had isues with inconsistent sizes of sleeves. I figured if there was a probelm I would return them. But I had no problems with sizes being different at all. I've used about 40 of them from the 2 packs I bought and everyone fit the Vinyl and Album Jackets without a problem. I used them on all sorts of my original older recordings from Dave Brubeck, Jimmy Smith, Tito Puente, The Allman Brothers, Nat King Cole, Kooper/Bloomfield Super Sesssion and live Adventures, and more so the range of Jackets certainly varied by generations and type of materials. I didn't bother to use them for any of my Re Release 180 Gram Albums as they already come with quality non-static inner sleeves but for the heck of it I did try them on The Beatles White Album/Esher Demos and Cream Wheels of Fire Re-Releases on 180 and they fit perfectly. So I don't know why others had problems but mine are perfect and I'm very satisfied.

Protection is very good

As a vinyl enthusiast I was very impressed with the quality of these inner selves. They fit so perfectly in all my gatefold albums. They fit like a glove. Really amazing. Would definitely recommend them On top of that, they are archival quality.

Une énorme différence comparé aux pochettes en papier kraft, qui nécessitent des manipulations parfois pénibles pour ranger le disque et qui provoquent des abrasions de contact. Chaque pochette est bien calibrée pour accueillir le vinyle. Aucun problème avec un 180 g. Votre collection est bien protégée !

Love the quality of these sleeves, they seem to do the job. However, I am missing one. It says a pack of 50 but I only got 49.
