Does the head come off or is it attached to the rest of the costume?

The head is separate from the body.

Is this one-size-fits-all?

My son is about 5’8” - 130 lbs. and it fit him fine. The head however, was a bit difficult to keep on and in place.

We couldn’t get the head piece to stay on and in place , so we did return ours.
