There is a comment about that says it does not kill crabgrass. Do not listen to that post because that’s what I use this for and have been using it for years to kill crabgrass. It’s pretty effective and has work very well for me. Crabgrass, clover, dandelion are specifically what I have always used this for and it will work for you. I do put it down with caution and wait until the early hours of the morning or a day when summer temps drop low for a day or two. It works.

Used around the play set for my grandkids, and where they play the most so they wouldn’t get bee stings. Worked great; maybe too great because I didn’t realize how much of the area was weeds. Easy to use. Keep the water pressure lower because too much will cause the adapter to pop off.

This stuff WILL kill weeds of many types, even that pesky crabgrass we all hate with a passion. I sprayed it with skepticism, because other products I’ve used may as well have been placebo juices, granules and pellets. A few days later, I notice that it did indeed kill A LOT of weeds, and crabgrass. Problem is, I guess I didn’t really realize how much of my yard was weeds 😂 So now there are these bare spots all over that requires reseeding. Ahh, the joys of horticulture, and landscaping….As an adult, homeowner, and do it myselfer, I have realized that growing a beautiful, lush yard is no easy feat, and requires YEARS of battling weeds, and nursing grasses. In the end, it’s all worth it to stand back and know you created your own oasis from start to finish. In short, this product works if you follow the directions. It will also require you to do this several times because weeds all have to be active for this to work. That means that you kinda have to do this at least 3 times. Spring, summer, and fall. Then next year, there will be less weeds, but you may even need to do the entire cycle over again. Weeds are very, very persistent. One bottle does go a long way though, so great coverage. Easy to spray. I had no leaks. Just be sure to seat the rubber seal well before attaching it to the hose. I would give it 5 stars, but I deducted a star because they don’t tell you that you have to repeatedly use this in order to get ALL of the weeds. That miscommunication is why people think the product doesn’t work. Oh, and mowing the day before applying helps a bit too, but be careful not to overspray one area or you can also burn your grass. lol, it’s all such a delicate process, but you have to remember you are forcing nature against it’s free will and that isn’t easy. Be patient, do research, and follow directions. I hope this review helps you 😊

I don't usually write bad reviews of Amazon purchases, but this item has a serious problem. When I turned water on for use, it literally blew up, and I do not have high water pressure where I live. The hose fitting blew off the device, and after some time was able to force it back on, but I have no idea if really did what it was supposed to do on my weeds. I there was no way I would be able to return this item as it would leak.

works on lawn violets with 2 applications spread over 3 weeks. Good hose connection, spray pattern, knocks out the other weeds, too.

it's not working on the crabgrass, and the bottle/sprayer is not refillable. I purchased this item and had a refill jug in my garage but was unable to use it. It's put together with heavy plastic and screws so you need to keep purchasing this size. The trizectacide product is just as good and the bottle can be unscrewed and reused.

My wife and I bought our first house together in March. 1/2 acre total, sandwiched close to two parks. Lot of animal and bird activity, therefore pollen. Started out with dandelions and clovers then mid summer got hit with a very fast crabgrass infestation. After treating all 3 with different products and at one point scorching my grass, let me share what I learned. The most important factor in fighting weeds that are blended in with grass is making sure it is safe for your grass type and do so by looking at the active ingredients. Second, use your smartphone camera and google search by photo your weed type. Many look identical but the key is some require different chemicals. For my application, this blend of quinclorac and 2,4D is perfect and the best part is it being less money than some other competitor’s products.

Used this to kill the basic weeds in MO and one good coating and all the weeds haven't grown back. Been about a month and grass is still looking great.
