I've been gluten intolerant for 5 years now, and had finally come to terms with the fact I'd never have much variety or anything close to 'real' pasta again. Even in the biggest, fanciest, supermarkets there's 4 gf pasta shape options if you're lucky ... but this is a game changer!! Amazon advertised this to me as something I might like - and it was on offer (amazing)- so I ordered two different shapes to try and was delighted to discover how similar to 'real' pasta this tasted and felt. Since then I've been back and ordered nearly all of the different shapes.

This is the best gluten free pasta I've bought by far. It's so good I don't need to cook separate pastas anymore, I just use this one. The texture is great and there is no gloopiness that I have found with other makes. It tastes great too. Expensive compared to normal pasta but I'd rather buy this than one from a supermarket. I'm hoping they will do lasagne sheets too.

Okay I am newly diagnosed with bowel disease / intolerant of gluten / lactose / onions....Yadda YaddaI miss real food and this isn't 'real' pasta. The texture is hard and it does not soak up my non dairy / no onion , no celery no garlic bland sauce but it looks like it should..It's defo better than some & I better just darn well like itIt's also packaged well although half the size of the 'norm'.

Great Gluten Free to make Conchiglioni

I have tried so many brands of GF flour, and the types that contain just rice anf corn just disintegrate and go mushy. The quinoa flour in the Garafalo GF pastas seem to give them more stability, and they taste great too!

Not the kind of pasta you can put the leftovers in the fridge, grows a weird texture. Nice enough when it's freshly boiled.
