Does it really work??

It absolutely works. I used to take the horse tail bamboo but it is not as potent so I stopped taking that one. Currently I've been taking bamboo silica for over one year and I have just made it a part of my regimen and my hair is very thick and continues to grow very well. My skin is much clearer than it was. If you decide to use this you truly will not regret it.

On Swanson's website, it says the capsules are vegetarian, but in the photo on Amazon, the capsules contain gelatin. Are these veggie capsules?
