Amazing Quality!
These mugs are of the highest quality as can be easily felt as soon as you put your hands on them.Having broke so many mugs over the years (accidentally!) we decided to pay a bit more and get something that was stylish and excellent quality, and these certainly fit the bill!Despite the slightly higher price than you would expect, I would say these are well worth the cost if you want something which will not only last, but of the highest production standard.

Just what I had needed
These mugs were very nice, bought them for possible decorating (unfortunately not got round to this yet so cannot comment on that part) they seem very nicely made no flaws, chips, good size etc so I’m pleased with that. Only thing I would say though is quite expensive for just plain mugs but these were the only ones in this style that I could find that was specifically labelled to be able to stand being baked in the oven to a certain temperature as this was for a specific project that this needed.

Top, cheap mugs
As a basic mug these are great. I like the clean look and they make drink tea and coffee a pleasure. I bought them for the builder who are working on my house and they've providing very durable.

Quality
When I opened the box, one cup was broken. I have tried to contact the company but to no avail. The other eleven mugs seem perfectly fine and since the packing was excellent, I can only assume that the fault lay in the manufacture or quality control. Not up to the usual standard of Amazon excellence. I do hope there is not a fall in standards. I am disabled and most of my shopping with you. I want to be able to feel secure in my dealings.
