I need a sublingual or liquid B12 because I don't seem to absorb B12 properly in my digestive system. But, let me first talk about the monkey in the room here, the price. This stuff is incredibly expensive compared to other B12 products but to me it is worth it. First I find I don't need a full dropper full so I use 1/2 or 1/4 of a dropper. so that helps a little with the price. Also, the dropper has lines on it so it is easier to figure out how much you are taking.There are two reasons why I started using this more expensive kind compared to the cheaper brands.1) Most of the Sublingual B12 tablets and Liquids have Xylitol, or Sorbitol which are nasty artificial sugars which for me cause major digestive distress. Also most of the tablets contain Magnesium Stearate which is used to lube up the equipment and make processing faster. I couldn't figure out before why B12 would cause me so much digestive distress, so I would always stop taking the other B12 products I would try. This product in pure and doesn't have all that garbage in it that the other one's do.2) This contains methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. I had read that the combo of the two was better for some people than Methlycobalamin alone. Trying to get both really narrowed down my options and this was one of the few liquid B12's with both kinds of B12, available in the US that also didn't have nasty additives or fake sugars.So, currently at the time of this posting, this brand is really the only good option for me that met all of my criteria for what I wanted in a B12.Let me first say that if you aren't deficient in B12 then you won't feel any different when you take these. But, I hadn't taken B12 for years because of side effects of the cheaper brands, so I saw really good results. I definitely think I have a problem digesting B12, plus I've mostly been vegetarian my whole life which puts me at high risk for low B12.Before I started taking these my Brain Fog was absolutely terrible, my energy level was so bad I never wanted to leave the couch and generally just felt exhausted and terrible from the moment I woke up.Once I started taking this, it took a week or two to get results. Actually at first I started getting headaches as my body adjusted to having B12 again. I almost gave up because of the headaches. But, now I have adjusted and no longer get headaches from it. My overall results have been amazing which tells me that I was likely quite deficient. After about 2 weeks my brain fog has almost completely lifted, I am mentally sharp and focused, my energy level has improved significantly, and I sleep better at night as long as I take it in the morning and don't take too much. Basically I finally feel human again! But, once again you will not get the same results unless you are also deficient like I was.So, yes it is spendy but I won't use any other brand now that I found this! Although I do hold out hope that someday there will be more liquid brands that contain both forms of B12's without any extra additives so prices will come down a bit because of competition.

Taste good and gives a surprising kick of energy

This Vitamin B12 is a pleasure to take. I hate pills and liquids feels more natural and doesn't mess with my stomach. The flavor or taste is perfect and doesn't have any smell that make you feel you don't want to take itI'm a stay at home mom and I really need energy. I have a toddler and o 11 months baby. I don't know what happen but the first time I take it I felt so how calm like my stress went down but my energy and thinking were activated. And I could take a nap and sleep deep at night. So , help me to rest.!I love taking Vitamin B12 but NOT all brands are good. I have tried a lot and this one is so far the best one. No big pills just a nice little "juice" and you got it!

I have been on a GLP1 for over a year, my physician recommended taking B12, I had been taking a cheap gummy variety and noticed zero effects. Sometimes it's hard to tell whether or not a supplement makes a difference. Until you stop taking it, which is what happened with this liquid B12. I forgot to reorder it.After about a week of not using it, I noticed my 'battery pack' was low. Mentally I went through a list of 'could it be this.. could it be that'; that's when I realized I'd run out of this... Which was a lightbulb moment. At least for me, it makes a difference in terms of energy.I've taken supplements for years. Amuses me to hear people say supplements are ineffective, because, without magnesium (oxide, specifically), I wouldn't be regular. Without B vitamins, I'd have much lower energy. I even put my cat on a probiotic that made a big difference. My dog lost half her body weight in a short period of time for what turned out to be completely resolved by putting her on enzymes.Since I've taken supplements for years, and see ND's exclusively, I've learned to look for supplements that are manufactured from a company with a good reputation, and used by most ND's (e.g., Pure Encapsulations; Thorne), have good bioavailability and contain no fillers. Which is why I bought this B12.It has everything I look for in a B12: liquid, activated (methylated form, which is important in B12), organic and has no added fillers or sugar. In short, I highly recommend this. It's more expensive than something you can pick up at Costco, but take a minute to read the ingredients of what you get there.
