Great tool for auto mechanics. Uses are limitless. I've used this to not only press ball joints but to remove and install hub studs, differential parts, and bearings. The fact you can use your impact driver with a 22mm socket is fantastic making work quick and easy. I've put it thru it's places in situations under high load and worked without a hitch. Sure you can rent from autozone but when you need it after hours this is invaluable. Set has every size and shape you could need for multiple uses. Highly recommend.

Massive heavy duty C frame allows the impact torque pressure needed to pop those frozen ball joints. The 21 piece kit includes enough spacers to fit most applications, including the cut away one needed for Fords stamped lower control arms. Handles jobs a standard c clamp couldn't touch. Included instructions are totally worthless - watch a youtube video if you need help. Plastic storage case a nice touch.

i was concerned about buying this ball joint press after reading some of the negative reviews. i bought this tool back in july, i want to use it before i couldnt return it if it failed. it is now sept. replace one side of my envoys ball joint top and bottom. i was able to use just a 1/2ratchet to remove the ball joint and it slide out easily. i did use the 1/2 impact to install the new ball joint. i did go slow driving in the ball joint to make sure that it was goin in straight. take your time its your tool. it comes with a generic instruction however, depending on your set up you have to mix and match the different adapter to make the tool work properly. this is the reason i went for the 21 pcs. i am happy with my purchase and i would recommend this tool if you have to replace your ball joint. i was going to rent this tool from the auto part store but didnt want to be rush of returning it. i still have one more side to do on my envoy and i also have to do my 05 E350. good luck, everybody

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and how heavy duty this kit is for the price. it handled my job with ease. with care this kit should last a long long time.

I used this ball joint press on a 1999 Silverado upper ball joints it was easy to use after figuring out the correct pieces to use and it press them right out

Totally worth it! Great quality and it works smoothly with no problems.

Item came on time and with all the parts as described. However the case was dented in and shipping box was deemed fine. Would like a replacement case.

The c frame bent on the first use. On a u joint......and trying to do ball joints it has bent even more. Not bad to remove with but you can press them back in straight with a bent c frame. And of course I didn't get to use it until after the return date was up. No warranty either.
