Good product
At first I thought L pads were too big but they came in handy once my milk supply came in for engorgement. & it helped tremendously! I love that you could put it in the microwave for a few seconds or freezer & you can use right away.

Love love loveeeeee these pads. I havent tried them cold yet, but the heat therapy is amazing. I put it on my breast and they get the milk flowing really fast!!!

Pros: It fits the contour of the breast.Cons: It melts easily, like probably 5 minutes. Then you have to place it again in the freezer.
