As I near my later years my love of cheese is at an all time high. I never had a good cheese knife and wanted one that wasn’t terribly expensive. No this isn’t the cheapest by far. But it isn’t overpriced and it slices through soft and hard cheeses so much easier than anything else I’ve ever used. Fatboy approved and would recommend.

a decent cheese slicer, works well with various cedars and other med to firm cheeses, Ok with soft cheeses like buffalo mozzarella, caso fresco.... Study build, I hope it survives my throwing it into a messy kitchen drawer.

This is the best cheese slicer ever, this is the third one I have tried and I don’t think I will have to ever buy another one. It is very sturdy and it seems like it is going to make the slice too thick but it is actually perfect 😊 so glad I found this!

Here's the problem. The front wire is too close to the roller so it doesn't work cutting thin slices. The back position is too far away from the roller so the slice is too thick. Someone at Boska sure didn't think this out. Mine just sits in the drawer doing nothing. Wish I'd used it before the return window expired. I wouldn't trust Boska in the future on any of their products. Elder

I have used many cheese slicers in my life but this one has outlived all others.

Have not used it yet, Really like that it comes with additional wires.Well made easy to hold.
