I'm not 100% sure but I didn't see anything on the packaging that indicates it being organic. So I would say no.

Are the bags nylon/plastic? If so, did you read the research they did showing what happens to you when you use them?

I have not, but the same company sells loose tea if you want to avoid the synthetic teabag.
