Works for what I needed - a small boost
Update 4-5 months later: I take this periodically when I feel my supply dropping and it works great! I take two pills around the same time everyday for 2-3 days. And I try to put baby on the breast a little more. It doesn't bother her tummy at all anymore (although I'm only taking 2), which makes sense now because baby's digestive systems mature over time. She's 6 months now and has outgrown other digestive sensitivities, so apparently this too. I am really glad to have these on hand for when I need them! I'm still on the first bottle. Update a week later: Ok, so I want to explain one way to use this. My baby did end up having painful gas after using this a couple days, but not as bad as some people in these reviews. However, I found that taking 4/day for 3 days boosted my supply. Even though I EBF, I pumped 1-2x/day for those days (and after), to create more demand to sustain the supply. My goal, in addition to making sure baby is satisfied, was to pump 1x/day to build a small stash, and I've been able to do that, even though I stopped taking the pills. If I ever felt my supply dropping in the future, I would just take 2-4 pills for 1-2 days, not enough to bother my baby too much. So I suggest doing it that way. Overall it's too painful for my baby for me to take all the time, but I don't need to, which makes sense why they give you a small dose! Just make sure to increase the demand when you take it and your increased supply can be sustained. Original review: I just started taking this today and decided to take 4/day instead of 6, so far. I took it around 8am and 4pm with my usual sunflower lecithin, but am skipping my 12am dose because my milk supply is good overnight. I have a baby ~8 weeks old and had breastfeeding latch issues which are better, didn't really struggle with supply, but have felt like my baby is still hungry after feedings the last few days. She loads up on calories at 9pm-12am before bed, and I felt like I wasn't replenishing enough in that timeframe, where she feeds over and over. Day supply was also lacking a little during random times. I decided to take this because it's natural, and figured it couldn't hurt. So far, just today, am having great results. Like I said I took 2 this morning and had abundant milk throughout the day, and 2 around 4pm, and have kept her very satisfied tonight, so she's falling asleep after feeds like she was before, not constantly still searching for my breast. I don't plan to do the midnight dose yet, but will later if I need to. It's only day 1 and I just needed a little more milk to top off her feeds and this has definitely given me that. Praise God! I will update again soon if there's anything to add. My baby has had no adverse reactions.

This is a miracle medicine for breastfeeding moms loosing their supply! I used it for one week twice a day and the supply was back like it never dropped! Great taste and also easy to swallow! I added it to my prenatal vitamins after delivery and had no issues at all! Highly recommend!

Midas touch for milk!
Okay mommas! First of all, I did Legendairy's recommendation and took this, Pump Princess, and Milkpalooza for 10 days each. Some history, I primarily pump (baby latches when they feel like it lol). I pump every 3 hours like it's a religion (sometimes I miss a session in the middle of the night, but hey, who doesn't like to sleep if baby's sleeping). I also supplement with Moringa to help with let down. I'll say that Liquid Gold gave me more of a production and my milk seems richer. Milkpalooza comes in as a close second, but this one produced more. I have a slacker side, but I am still getting a good amount. I pump about 7-9 oz each session and I've been able to stay ahead of baby's eating and I have a plenty good freezer stash. Side effects? Probably the gas. Welcome to my Gas-O-Meter: Liquid Gold 💨💨 Pump Princess 💨 Milkpalooza 💨💨💨 However, I don't see these side effects in baby though. Remember - every supplement works differently in everyone's body. Stay consistent. You're not pumping 20 oz in one session, they just show you that for women who forget to pump overnight and wake up full. Hope this helps!

USE EXTREME CAUTION!!
UPDATE: Ladies, it can be really easy to disregard critical reviews when you are desperate to increase your milk supply. It’s what I did. And I just want to share the very heavy price my baby and I paid for thinking “it won’t happen to me”. I only ask that you consider the risks with an open mind and watch out for signs of intolerance in your baby. My 8 week old baby had a total of 7 full days of diarrhea and green stools. She averaged 10 bowel movements daily. I called her pediatrician and a lactation consultant who were all kinda stumped and said the herbs should have been out of my system in 2-3 days. I then brought my baby in for a physical exam on her 4th day of diarrhea worried about dehydration. The doctor wasn’t concerned at that point and said to watch for signs of dehydration. By the 6th day there was still no improvement so she told me to go to the ER for evaluation. My baby had an IV put in (a traumatic experience) and received fluids just to be safe. They tested for a bacterial infection which was negative. The doctor said she wasn’t dehydrated and her electrolytes were balanced so they sent us home advising that it may take 7-10 days for her system to normalize. We are so blessed things did not end up worse than they were. But when I say it was the worst week I’ve ever had in a decade it would be an understatement! My worry over this issue sent me spiraling into postpartum anxiety. I felt myself losing my appetite and not being able to sleep even with all my sleep deprivation. It was absolutely horrible. There was just no indication her diarrhea would ever stop! My mind constantly raced: is she absorbing any nutrients? What is this doing to her insides? Is my breast milk hurting her? Should I stop breastfeeding? (devastating) Is it actually an infection that’s causing this? I was exhausted from all the pumping and dumping. Ladies, this situation almost ended my breastfeeding journey. And here I am now with a reduced supply. Baby gets breast milk and topped up with formula now. It is what it is and I’m grateful I have any breast milk for her at all. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This product wrecked my baby’s bowels. Baby is 8 weeks old. I took 2 doses (4 capsules) on Day 1 and 3 doses (6 capsules) on Day 2. No other diet or supplement changes. At the end of Day 2 baby’s frequency of bowel movements increased. By noon on Day 3 the stools turned green. At that point I realized the product was to blame. I had to dump pumped milk from Day 2. I also pumped and dumped the rest of Day 3 and baby got formula. I was so angry!! I don’t make enough milk as it is (hence trying these supplements). Baby is also a bit more gassy than normal and slightly more fussy. I started breastfeeding again once it had been 24 hours since my last dose. It’s the morning of Day 4 and baby is still having frequent bowel movements and green stools. Hoping things regulate today. I’ve been worried about diarrhea in a baby this young and it’s stirring up so much anxiety that I can’t sleep. Will be calling the pediatrician if this issue doesn’t clear on it’s own soon. I’m so upset that this product has wreaked so much havoc on our lives! Will update as things change.

Supply went from drops to 2oz each side…with only taking 1/2 the recommended dose!!!!
I would give this product 4 1/2 stars if I could. This saved my milk from drying up and saved me from a very severe supply dip. My baby needed an extra week in the hospital due to losing too much weight. I had a c section and it took about 4 days for my milk to come in. Once my milk did finally come in, she started having issues latching. I had to try and breast feed, pump, and supplement with formula. I was not told about power pumping or pumping after each feed. So even though she started latching great once we got home I had a big dip in supply that only got worse. I lost my milk very early on with my 2nd baby (this is my 3rd) and was devastated. At the time I just thought nothing could be done about it and relied solely on formula. This time around I couldn’t bear the thought of not breast feeding my baby. I looked up what to do to increase my supply and came across liquid gold. With all of the amazing reviews I gave it a try but I did see that there were a good amount of reviews mentioning tummy issues with baby. I started slow, increasing a pill about every 2 days. I still only take half the recommended dose doing 1 capsule 3x daily instead of the recommended 2 capsules 3x daily. I did see my supply go up. After about a week and a half I stopped taking them for about 2 days due to baby spitting up a lot more. But that could have been from us switching her formula or a combination of the capsules and formula switch. I’ve also started taking brewers yeast and between the two and pumping more my supply has gone up so much!! And again that’s still with me only taking 1/2 the recommended dose. Her tummy troubles have gotten better as well. She is still spitting up more than she was before taking Liquid Gold but much less than she was. I was getting maybe an ounce more after a few days but when I stopped taking it I was only getting drops if I was lucky. Now, I’m getting 2oz per side! Which may not seem like a lot but from getting only drops before that’s huge to me. I gave 4 stars (4 1/2 if I could) instead of 5 due to the tummy issues. But I’m hoping that I can go up to the recommended dose without any more tummy issues from baby. Liquid Gold has helped so much and I 100% recommend it. Just start slow in case baby has any tummy troubles.

recommend starting when you first start pumping/ breast feeding to help production.
Product didn’t help with production. I think it’s because I started using later after my supplies was regulated. I took 2 every few hours as directed on the instructions and had to cut down due to it giving me a tingle in my breast as if I was full. I didn’t like that it made me constantly fill like I needed to pump and never pumped more then what I was prior to taking. As I said I think if it was taken in the beginning of my journey it may have helped more

DO IT!
I am a mom of three. My youngest is a little over three months. I breast-feed and pump. Between my older two I have been sick constantly and I did end up breaking my foot so my milk supply has went down dramatically. I used to between both breast be able to pump over 10 ounces lately my milk supply has only been 2 ounces. After trying this for only 24 hours so far my 2 ounces have turned into six. It has only been 24 hours but I just had to stop and do a review because it’s literally amazing. I’m gonna continue to use it for the 10 days and then try to wean off of it to see if my supply is still stable. I had to stop in and share how amazed I am so far. I haven’t had any side effects like with gas or anything. Neither has my little one. I have been stressing out about my milk supply dropping, I’m hoping that this will be my end of my stressing out! I’ll update after the 10 days ❤️
