Basic and good
Product works great. Easy to install. The hardest part is removing the panels to get behind the radio to connect plugs. Can’t say anything about the GPS screen because mine’s not working. I have a 2005 Acura RL with XM and Navigation.

Easy installation and decent product.
Installed it in less than 30 mins no issues. The sound quality is good, and phone call also works fine. The microphone seems like Bluetooth antenna,so it is important to connect the mic to sync with bluetooth. I don't have any complains other than periodic hear a gap of 1-2 sec while playing music, not sure what the problem is I noticed it with online streaming as well as downloaded music.

Stay out of trouble and buy another adapter
Do yourself a favor and don't buy this product at least from the seller "Audio Connections"I decided to buy this product because I wanted to to have both Bluetooth streaming as well as playing music from a USB thumb drive. When I got the package there were no instructions or manuals on how to install or where to connect this adapter. Only a piece of paper with a code which I assume it was the Bluetooth code. After watching videos on youtube for similar product I thought this would connect on the XM port but the connector didn't fit.So I contacted the seller asking why there wasn't a user manual on how to install or use this product. I just wanted some help on how to install/use this product. After 3 days, the seller replied stating that this product was "too easy" to install and use and that it needed no manual. The seller also stated that if I didn't like the product that I should return it, but "forgot" to mention I would be responsible for shipping cost + a 10-20% return fee. I didn't want to return the product but at this point I was furious.Since I didn't get any help from the seller, I went to eBay and saw other sellers who were selling this product and stated that it should be connected on the cd changer port. So I installed it but the Bluetooth connection didn't work every time without turning off the car and turning it back on. The music stopped from time to time for no apparent reason. The USB didn't work at all. I couldn't use my flash drive to playing music even after trying multiple sizes (4GB, 16GB, 32GB) and several file system formats (FAT, FAT32, NTFS).Since the product was defective I decided to return the product. Needless to say I had to pay for the return shipping of a broken product. Once the seller received back the product I had to "remind" the seller to process my return 3 days after they received the item. The seller replied that they only process returns and refund by the end of day on Fridays. When the seller finally decided to issue a refund, he only refunded $74.95 out of $92.95 and stated that I didn't put all the parts back on the box. Of course I had put every single thing back on the box but I look like these people are having some fishy business practice. I have contacted amazon to resolve this issue.I would stay away from this product and go for the ISIMPLE ISHD651 or the USA SPEC BT45.

Inexpensive, functional, somewhat unreliable & nil instructions. Works on 2005 Acura w/Navigation
Not sure that this meets the minimum requirements -- it works but has a bunch of quirks. May return it.One of the least expensive solutions to add bluetooth music and phone integration to an Acura 2005 with navigation.Didn't expect installation instructions (and there's a few videos online on youtube). Did come with a single strip of paper, containing the 4-digit code for pairing, but it turned out to pair without any code, and with a name different than the one indicated on the piece of paper ("M.COSTA", which seems to be a generic name for other BT products). The instructions failed to describe how to turn on the connection, or how to accept or reject a call. I only figured out the latter - switching tracks hangs up.The other nontrivial shortcoming is that the device powers up when the car is turned on (good) and then usually (not always) connects with a previously paired phone (also good) but if the stereo is turned off it of course doesn't operate at all. The effect is to hijack the audio for the phone -- answering a call in that state results in no mic or speaker connection. The solution is to leave the stereo in the CD Changer set up and the stereo turned on so it turns on when the car is started. Otherwise callers sound clear and they report they hear me ok with the microphone affixes to the upper left corner of the windshield.Note that this BT device is different from others I researched -- it has a single 3.5mm female connector (which can be used for either the included microphone or as an external AUX) and a female USB. The tiny strip of paper warns that USB is only meant to connect a storage device, from which music will be played, and that attempting to draw power will burn the BT device (!?). Note that alternative solutions say *their* USB is for power only (which I found less useful anyway). The kit includes a 3.5mm for AUX and a USB extension.I tried connecting a 4GB USB 2 flash drive with some music and it played flawlessly, controlled via the CD Changer interface - one disk per folder, each song within a different track. The sound was a bit louder than when played over bluetooth, and the BT device correctly stopped and resumed the music if the paired phone played music or made/received a phone call. I decided to remove the flash drive, though, because it would continue playing after switching to e.g., FM radio, overlaying both. It's not clear how to stop and resume tracks, once one is selected.

Great add on to your system
I've only used it for a couple of days but so far it has worked great!. It doesn't glitch nor disconnect at random, it doesn't have static and the few times that I've heard any it was very low so it didn't affect the quality of the audio. Easy to plug and setup.
