I love great cutlery! I do my own butchering of primal cut and this meat cleaver is my new addition to my cutlery. It's balanced, feels good in my hand and the spine will be very great in penetrating joints and bone. It's s-h-a-r-p and ill let you know how well it keeps an edge.

Beautifully crafted and comfortable for my small hands, very sharp, great for mincing and smashing garlic. Well priced. I was specifically seeking a wide blade so I could scrape up the veggies I chopped and get them to the stove without spilling them and it's great for that.

I've been wanting to add a cleaver to my kitchen tools for a long time. After impulse buying a used low end cleaver with a damaged blade I was happy to find this hybrid cleaver/chefs knife option. I added it to my cart from my "wish list" when its already low price dropped in advance of Black Friday. I received it quickly - in time for Thanksgiving prep on Wednesday. Wow! It's beautifully and carefully packaged. I especially appreciated the packaging care because It's really sharp! It was a pleasure chopping 12 pounds of root vegetables and crushing 4 heads of garlic with its sharp and yet broad blade. I treated the knife with care because it's so much sharper than the chefs knife I've used for 40 years. The full tang design seems like one that will last me a lifetime. A small detail that caused me to choose the hybrid knife over the traditional cleaver is the hole near the top of its blade. I have a rack over my kitchen island from which I hang all of my frequently used kitchenware. I am happy to have this new knife hanging (for its sake and my safety) close at hand but out of the way.

Por el precio, recibí un cuchillo de muy buena calidad y excelente apariencia. Viene en su estuche junto con varios detallitos en su interior propios de un cuchillo de un rango mayor de precio. Se nota que la marca le está echando ganas para posicionarse. Compré el cuchillo híbrido, y hay pocas opciones en Amazon de este tipo de cuchillos por lo regular de un costo mucho más elevado. El peso y el balance del cuchillo me parece adecuado, tirando ligeramente hacia pesado, pero es lo que se espera para este tipo de cuchillos. Los acabados son muy buenos para el rango de precio se notan de calidad tanto el metal como el mango (que poniéndose exigente, pudiera estar mejor pulido). En general es un buen producto y estoy muy satisfecho con la compra.

Esteticamente bello, maneggevole e molto affilato. Confezione eccezionale. Vedremo con l'uso come andrà.

Ich habe ein Beil gesucht zum kochen . Dieses ist " sauscharf ! " und ich brauche zum Fleisch schneiden Gemüse , Käse und so . Das ist eher ein schneide / hack Beil nicht eins für dicke Knochen hacken , da gibts schwerere und sollte dann auch anderes Stahl sein ! >>>>>> klare Kaufempfehlung !!! :-)) :-)) TOP
