I tend to be hard on my jewelry so I needed something that could take a beating. Been wearing this everyday for a few months, in the shower and to bed. So far the clasps have held without loosening, the shine is just as nice as the day I got it, and there have been no hints of tarnish. It's comfortable and fit exactly the way I had hoped. The media could not be loaded. I know I shouldn’t but my life is crazy hectic so I ended up sleeping in this choker several nights in a row and it held up - super sturdy and cute! Can make it super choker at the neck or loosen it a little, it’s comfortable and the extra chain that dangles, I think, is cute when the clasp happens to be on the sides or front of your neck. Really good deal for a chain that will last a long time and be in fashion over and over again.

I ordered the 3mm chain to use for my baptismal cross. The size is good, but be aware that while the chain is indeed 3mm, the end that attaches to the clasp is a little more than 5mm wide.Fixing wonky links:When I first opened the packaging and looked at the chain, I was honestly a little disappointed at first, because it looked lumpy and it appeared that some of the links were messed up. Upon closer inspection, I realized that some of the links were just turned around backwards and needed to be spun around. To fix it, start at one end of the chain and check to make sure all of the links are all facing in the same direction. If you look really closely (reading glasses helped for me) you can spot the tiny gap where each link is closed together— these should all be facing in the same direction. When you get to one that is not, spin it around until it does. It’s a little tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it is not too bad. Now that they are all lined up, the chain looks much better!I’m hoping this chain will last a long time, but it is too early to comment on durability.

I purchased a pair of pliers to open up the links and jump rings in order to shorten the length for my son to wear. It turned out great.

It’s really easy to use and has a pretty good range of lengths. My neck is really skinny (haha) so I always struggle finding a choker length chain. This one is a little bit longer on me than I wanted, even on the tightest setting, but I chalk it up to me being an odd ball out.Overall this is probably your best bet for a cheap and reliable everyday or special occasion jewelry chain! It’s easy to mix and match it with different pendants and lengths
