Hair feels silky and no frizz. No strong vinegar smell either! Great shampoo!

This is all the hair product we need in our family.
My husband and I love this shampoo even thought we have very different kinds of hair type. It smells so good and our hair is shiny clean. It leaves our hair looking and feeling healthier and manageable.

Good for less shedding
I've been using this shampoo for hair loss. I'm not sure if it makes hair grow back but I've noticed far less shedding as compared with major brand shampoos. Many don't offer much beyond pleasant scent.

Bottle wouldn't open, then it broke
I was excited to try this shampoo, but the bottle I got would not open properly. The spout didn't work. I asked the Amazon AI, such as it is, how to open the bottle, and the instructions I received did not apply to the bottle in my hands. It told me to hold onto a white ribbed section that did not seem to exist. It would not open and the spout broke with my effort. At least it comes with a spare cap. After using it, it IS a nice shampoo. It smells nice, and it felt good to use on my scalp. It's more liquidy than I expected.

I've been using this product for over a year and it works fine for me. I have very fine thininng hair.

Strong adverse reaction
I chose the New York Biology Tea Tree Shampoo as I’ve always been prone to having an itchy scalp and have previously found that products containing tea tree oil have helped my scalp heal and recover. Unfortunately, after a few washes this shampoo caused a severe reaction causing my scalp to become very sore and even break it in a rash both of which took several weeks to recover from. I cannot recommend this shampoo as it is simply the worst hair care product I have ever purchased.
