No warranty in india
I received the product which has no warranty in India. Received incorrect pencil and ehen i I reached to samsung service they stated it's outdated product and have no warranty in india.

Solution for samsung logo screen.. boot issue.
Too many people have faced the issue of screen stuck at samsung logo including mr. Issue seems to be related to initial configuration and factory reset solves the issue. Below is the detailed solution: 1. Press "power button" + "volume down" 2. Wait till screen becomes black. 3. Press "power button" + "volume up" 4. Wait till Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 logo screen displays. 5. Release "power button" 6. It enters into system recovery mode. 7. Select factory reset option by moving up and down via sound button and selecting via power button. 8. Once reset is done select reboot option and press. 9. Once device reboots it starts working normally. It is annoying to face this issue of product from global leader. But at the end of the day it is great product.

Great Product( No need to worry about Samsung logo hang problem)
1. All of us are getting the Samsung hang logo startup problem, so no need to worry, check other reviews a very good solution is given to fix it(you just have to factory reset it, android won't delete only data will be deleted). 2. Great product, if you are thinking of buying an Ipad either go for Pro if you have the budget otherwise get this tablet over Ipad Air, cause the S-pen which comes free with it is a great advantage. Also storage is great, which Ipads dont offer at this price. 3. Great display, Speakers, currently getting a battery life of about 8-10 hours.

Good Tab and read full comment how i solve samsung hang logo problem
Good product . When i purchase it. It shows only Samsung Logo becoz of minor soft problem ,then i watch on youtube samsung hang logo . How to solve that problem ,after watching that video i press switch off button and down volume button simultaneously . Then it restart again then i press volume up . Then factory format my tab then it starte working properly

Good Product
Like other reviews by buyers even I had to request for a replacement too. Unfortunately the replaced device also had the same issue. Since there was no refund I got the software updated at Samsung Service Centre. It’s works fine and a good product. No issues after that. But surely Amazon should not sell such products.

Tab not booting
Samsung Tab S6 not booting only Samsung symbol on screen..for past 6 hrs.Just opened the product today.After charging for 6 hrs also its stuck on the samsung screen.If the product is not working pls dont sent to the customers.It is not 52 rs it is 52,000.Pls check into this and do the needy

awesome tablet
Awesome tablet.. it was stuck on samsung logo.. but after reset it works fine..just do 1thing if you stuck on samsung logo press power key and volume down key to off the tablet.. than press power off and volume up key for 15sec.. you are in bootloader menu, select Wipe data/factory reset option and than select reboot option. wait for 4min..the tablet will start normally. enjoy
