This has helped me to build energy when I felt so tired all the time. I feel the difference from when I don’t take it to when I do take it. The only downside to this is that because it’s so potent, it takes a bit of a toll on my stomach even though I take it on a full stomach. It gives me a bit of heartburn. I have digestive issues so I’m sure that’s why I’m more sensitive with it.

I love this vitamin complex! I switched to this brand when I couldn't get the Super B Complex brand that I was currently taking because the store was out of it. After 30 minutes of taking this vitamin, your brain will wake up! After a few days of taking this vitamin complex, my fingernails are clearing to a normal look. I would purchase this vitamin complex again.

This item arrived on time and was undamaged. The caspsules are easy to swallow. They do leave a slight vitamin aroma when you burp but it's not bad, it's natural. I've used them for a few days now and have been feeling great thought the day. Can't wait to see how they improve my health with more time.

I have been taking this product for over a week. I wanted energy and also in light of everything happening in the world , stress relief. I have been feeling so much better. This is a doctor formulated product with a great group of vit B and the addition of vit C. I am so happy to have this product available.
