If it has not cured, I would use mineral spirits.

How flammable is cured Vulkem?

I do not know how flammable it is, but believe it is not very flammable. Used a heat gun to remove old cured Vulkem, and it was not a problem

is this good for cracks in a stucco wall?

color match aside (its paintable), YES it will patch cracks. Must be dry and it takes forever to dry. Very tough caulking

how long does it for it to dry, caulked 2 days ago, it is still tacky
