Seapoint Farms Organic Edamame Pasta, Spaghetti, 7.05 oz (Pack of 3)

One of my family’s favorite pastas. Great texture and flavor and love the added protein. Fast and easy to cook. We enjoy it more than traditional pasta noodles. A little pricey but worth it for the health benefits

Very easy to cook, and so much faster than regular pasta. I love that it’s very high in protein so I don’t feel guilty for eating it. It’s worth the price if you’re looking for something to help control blood sugar. The texture is different but easy to get used to. It takes on the flavor of whatever sauce you put on it. It’s really good quality and well made, doesn’t fall apart when you cook it.

I used this with a good east coast arrabiata sauce. The reason I did was, this tastes exactly like what it’s made out of. It was my first time cooking it, and it was kind of rubbery and you had to bite the pasta rather than how normal posts will break fairly easy. It’s smooth on most of the sides but one side has a jagged edge. You won’t fool anyone but if you have a robust red sauce, it will blend in more. I found that the leftovers tasted better. It absorbed some sauce. Overall, it’s pretty guilt free. We used 1/2 can of spaghetti sauce with 1/2 box of the pasta. If you have a family of 4, I’d mix a small handful of regular angel hair pasta when the edamame pasta is scheduled to be finished, then cook both until the angel hair is ready. You need to overcook the edamame plus it really clumps together.

I love this pasta. The taste is good and not overwhelming. It is so easy to make. You just bring two cups of water to a boil, and add a handful of pasta, then turn off the stove, and let it sit for four minutes. That's it. Then you drain it and serve. It is very much like thin spaghetti, and you can twirl it around your fork. And it holds on to sauces well, like tomatoes or pesto. I was very pleased with this purchase and I would buy it again. It did not come through Amazon, but it was worth the week it took to get there.

The best quality for edamame noodles. Delicious, wonderful texture, very quick and eady!

I had reservations as to whether this would be edible. I'm trying to increase my protein intake and this fit the bill. The high protein content and decent fiber content made me buy it. IT IS THE BEST PASTA I HAVE EVER EATEN!!! 1. It's not a scratchy texture. 2. It's not mushy like regular pasta gets when you overcook it. 3. It's has an almost egg pasta consistency in the it holds it's shape and has a pleasant tooth to it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FOR PEOPLE STRUGGLING TO FIND A HEALTHY PASTA ALTERNATIVE THAT DOESN'T GIVE AN ICKY TEXTURE MOMENT. It does have a slight green flavor so it is best paired with pesto.

Nothing like actual spaghetti noodles. There is almost no flavor and it’s rather rubbery as far as the texture goes. Do not like it all. Healthy has its limits! Won’t be buying this again.

it's totally my own fault, that i paid way too much for this exact product - that sells elsewhere, for much less. that's why i have to give THIS DEAL, 3 stars (if i were rating only the product, with no cost factor, it would be a 5).
